Karla Black is a sculpture artists who's work interests me because of all the different medias she uses to create her objects, as they aren't seen as 'normal' sculpture materials. She uses materials such as cellophane, tape, chalk, paper, plastic carrier bags, paint and an assortment of beauty products e.g. lipstick, conditioner and hairspray. Black's style of sculpture interests me because of the form the finished products take; with the pastel colour palette and the wide range of different textures created by the combination of elements.
