Gerhard Richter

Because of the way that Richter solely focused on the process of applying paint to the surface his pieces, and the way that the thick layers of paint create interesting textures I feel that he has been useful with my own project in the sense that I have explored more methods or producing art.

Alike Richter, the presence of colour is also a key factor in my own art.
