Radek Smach's paintings incorporate contemporary, modern and layered design themes. His work interests me because of the way in which the way he applies the acrylic paint to the canvas creates thick textures and his use of rich colours engages the viewer so you spend a lot of time exploring the whole composition. his work influences me and reminds me of my own work because of the layers included in and the textures created within paintings as my own work is very colourful and i also use water to let the paint bleed and blend and drip across the canvas in a way that engages the viewer.
